A Movement Born from Experience

Let's Grow BFF (Black Female Founders Ltd) is the UK's first business development consultancy specialising in founders from underrepresented communities. We operate as an economic justice movement, providing concrete business fundamentals education, fractional commercial support, and community infrastructure for Black female founders who face systematic barriers to capital and growth resources.

Our Circle community currently serves 380+ founders with monthly expert webinars, digital toolkits, peer networking, and access to our Growth Partner Programme for hands-on business development support.

The partnership with Fundhership ensures every grant applicant receives substantive business education and ongoing community access, regardless of funding outcomes. Grant recipients receive enhanced support including mandatory onboarding calls and monthly check-ins throughout their funding period.
