Intro

The Fundhership Grant Initiative sits inside OmegaSeven Global as part of our social impact work.
We exist to create ecosystems of access and resources so that Black and Brown women can move with more ease, not more debt.

Because of that, we are very particular about who we list, feature, or refer our women to.

This page explains the basics of our Partner Ethics & Access approach.

Anyone who appears on our site as a “partner” or is introduced to women through The Fundhership Grant is expected to operate within these boundaries.

1. Who we serve

Women applying to The Fundhership Grant are, by definition, not flush with cash.

If they had easy access to capital, they wouldn’t be applying for a £10,000 grant.

So we design everything with that reality in mind:

  • We keep our own process simple and transparent

  • We do not upsell women into programmes, “accelerators”, or endless paid support

  • We do not treat their financial stress as an opportunity to make a quick win

2. We do not monetise the women

There are two red lines for us:

  1. We don’t charge the women to access The Fundhership Grant beyond the flat application fee that directly funds the grant pot and basic admin.

  2. We don’t take a cut, commission, or “thank you fee” from anyone who sells services to them.

The Fundhership Grant is not a sales funnel. It’s not a lead generator. It’s not the top of anyone’s marketing pipeline.

If you are here for “high ticket” clients, this is not the right ecosystem for you.

3. What we expect from partners

If we list you on our site, or refer women to your work, we expect you to:

  • Be upfront and clear about your pricing and payment terms

  • Avoid hidden fees, surprise add-ons, and “gotchas” in the small print

  • Take into account that most women we send your way are operating with very limited financial margin

  • Avoid high-pressure, fear-based sales tactics (“this is your only chance”, “if you don’t pay you don’t want it enough”)

  • Never suggest that working with you will improve someone’s chance of getting The Fundhership Grant

If your services are intentionally premium and aimed at a higher-income bracket, that’s fine – we just might not refer Fundhership women to that offer. Alignment matters more than volume.

4. No kickbacks, no referral fees, no side deals

To be very clear:

  • We do not take referral fees, commission, or affiliate payments for introducing you to women

  • We do not want or accept kickbacks disguised as “thank you gifts”

  • We are not selling access to “our women” as a market segment

If we discover that our name, logo, or the Fundhership brand is being used to justify inflated pricing or manipulative sales tactics, we will immediately end the relationship and remove you from our ecosystem.

5. Independence and responsibility

  • We don’t manage or oversee the contracts you sign with women. That’s between you and them.

  • Being listed on our site does not mean we guarantee the outcome of your services.

  • If a woman raises a concern about your conduct, pricing, or approach, we will look at it seriously and may decide to stop referring to you, even if there’s no formal complaint.

Our first duty of care is to the women. Everything else comes after that.

6. Want to partner with us?

If you’re still reading and this feels like alignment rather than restriction, we’re probably on the same page.

To partner with us around The Fundhership Grant, you will be asked to agree formally to our Partner Ethics & Access Agreement and share clear information about what you offer and how you price it.
