1. Who We Are

OmegaSeven Global Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. We create ecosystems of resources and access that enable women, especially Black and Brown women, to achieve their goals with ease. One of our flagship initiatives is The FundHerShip Grant.

3. Our Grant Programme

The FundHerShip Grant is open to Black and Brown women in the UK who meet our eligibility criteria. Application fees are clearly stated. We do not guarantee funding to all applicants. All grant awards are at our sole discretion, guided by our Advisory Board.

3A. Additional Terms for FundHerShip Applicants

The FundHerShip Grant is operated by OmegaSeven Global Ltd as part of our mission to support economic empowerment for women globally.

By submitting a FundHerShip application, you agree to our FundHerShip Grant Terms & Conditions (UK + EU), which govern eligibility, application fees, selection, and grant distribution.

These additional terms operate alongside this page and form part of our overall legal framework. They include:

• Expanded eligibility for applicants across the United Kingdom and the European Union.

• Transparency and fairness clauses detailing Advisory Board evaluation.

• Legal alignment with the Equality Act 2010 and EU Equal Treatment Directives 2006/54/EC and 2000/43/EC.

• Details on data protection, privacy, and application fee allocation.

4. Voluntary Contributions

We accept voluntary contributions to support The FundHerShip Grant. These are not donations in a charitable sense and do not qualify for Gift Aid or tax relief. All contributions go directly to the grant pool and are used solely to fund grants for eligible women. We do not offer refunds for voluntary contributions.
